Listening to the Dalai Lama

I was lucky enough to see the Dalai Lama speaking at Nottingham recently. I have summarised a tiny bit of his message at http://www.ambitioncoach.com/62652/93328.html. He was discussing how we can bring meaning to our lives. What a wise and peaceful man he is - it was a privilege to hear him.
