Isabel Losada - my hero

Many thanks to my friend Chris Rudge, who lent me her copy of a wonderful book called 'A Beginner's Guide to Changing the World: For Tibet With Love', by Isabel Losada. This was a new discovery for me and I have now ordered my own copy of this inspirational book. The title was compelling enough and the book exceeded my expectations.
